Disney Streaming Help Centers
My first project at Disney Streaming was to refactor and improve existing tables and widgets being leveraged for the Disney Plus Help Center in order to support multiple products and publicly facing help center sites. After implementing a complete refactor and developing a new portal to host the ESPN Plus Help Center with completely revamped widgets and supporting table structures, ESPN+ was migrated over from Zendesk and is now hosted and supported entirely within ServiceNow. The site itself allows for live chat via virtual agent, as well as multi-language support. After the successful launch of ESPN+, the Disney Help Center was migrated over to the new configuration along with the Star+ Help Center for one unified experience. A full redesign of the portals was implemented shortly afterwards in order to bring a consistent design across all products.

Note: Disney Streaming has since stopped utilizing ServiceNow to host its help centers due to new corporate initiatives.
