CBS wanted a new application to allow their end users to self service AD groups they belonged to and owned within ServiceNow. Originally all ServiceNow groups were created and managed locally, however after an extensive project focused on configuring and syncing all of our ServiceNow groups to be sourced and managed within our Active Directory, a custom UI was implemented to better enhance the user experience, allowing end users full control over group membership management, curbing tickets directed towards Service Desk and the AD Team.
