My first project at CBS was migrating their instance from the legacy ServiceNow CMS to the Service Portal. After implementing a custom design, refactoring their catalog item client scripts across all catalog items for Service Portal compatibility, integrating the site with Kaleo, and creating an entirely custom My Activity section, the new portal became a celebrated accomplishment for our team.
